- Adding an item to your basket: When you have found an item you wish to order, clicking on the 'Add to cart' button will add this item to your cart. You will find the 'Add to cart' button next to each item in a category, unless there are product options, in which case you will need to click on the 'Product Details' button so that you can select the required options before placing the item into the cart. Any item added to your cart will be on view in your cart indicator on the left hand side of the screen.
- Viewing your cart: You can view the status of your cart by clicking on the 'Edit Your Cart >>' tab which can be found at the base of the 'Shopping Cart'. When viewing your cart, you can edit quantities or remove an item altogether if you wish.
- Prices: All prices quoted on this site include VAT at the current rate (where applicable) and delivery. The total price of your order including VAT will be shown on the ‘Checkout – Billing’ section of the checkout before you confirm your order and authorize payment.
- Delivery: When you have confirmed your cart, you will be taken to some delivery options, for example if you want your parcel sent to a different address. Most items will require a signature on delivery. If you have any special delivery instructions or need the carrier to phone in advance of delivery then put these details in the 'Order note' box.
